Admissions Process

Now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year and beyond (K-12). All of our Scholé families go through an application process to ensure commitment to our statement of faith and educational philosophy. A non-refundable Family Application Fee of $100 per family is due upon application. The application fee will be refunded if we are not able to accept your family into the program. Please be advised that kindergarten has a long waitlist for both Monday and Tuesday for 26-27 and is rapidly filling up for 27-28 and 28-29.

Step 1: Family Application

Complete the Application Form and Review the Nicene Creed as part of our Statement of Faith here.

Step 2: Intake Interview & Application Assessment

We will reach out to schedule your interview. Interviews for the following academic year will begin in January. We will take the opportunity to get to know you and your child(ren), learn more about your family’s goals, and explore whether Scholé is a good mutual fit. This meeting also includes a review of your child’s academic background to help determine appropriate placement and support.

Step 3: Student Registration

A $200 non-refundable deposit will be required with the Registration Form. The remainder of registration fees are due August 1.

Families who are approved for admission will be notified and requested to complete Student Registration forms and submit them along with their tuition deposit (or payment in full if desired).  Once received, we will send a Registration Package, including the CCScholé Curriculum Guide.
